My coworkers and I had ribs and hot links. It was pretty marginal this time. The ribs were overcooked and dry. The hot link was fairly okay. Sometimes this place does okay by me and other times I think it's a real letdown. Today was more of a letdown.

Finding good consistent ribs is a lot harder than people think..
I have a few places that I have tried here in Portland but the ones that get raves are so hit and miss that I too have felt let down, I end up going to the places that are good but not rave about places and just get the ribs to go because there sides are less than marginal..
