My coworker was in town this week and wanted to go to Harvest Vine. How could I resist? This is one of the many dishes we ordered. It's venison denver leg poached in coffee oil with artichoke puree and hazelnuts. Totally amazing. I don't know about that coffee part though. I couldn't taste it at all.

That venison was so good. The little crust on it was just terrific and it was, of course, cooked perfectly as well.
